Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University (ÇOMU) was founded in 1992, with its new status and intake from Turkey’s large youth population, the university developed quickly in terms of the number of students, staff and facilities, spurring the opening of new faculties and colleges. The university has 50.000 students participating in a wide variety of programs taught by 1630 academic staff in 13 faculties, 3 polytechnic colleges and 13 vocational colleges. Teaching vision as the COMU is to have training emphasizing general techniques in Medical, Agricultural and Educational areas. ÇOMU have different quality systems using in various fields (Medical, Agriculture, Food, Management) as ISO 9000, 22.000 and HACCP. Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University has the concept of importance Agriculture 4.0. and has been involved in a number of research and projects in similar fields.

Bayramiç Chamber of farmers (BZO) is an incorporated and registered non-profit organization with the primary purposes of promoting, supporting and helping establish Bayramiç’s farmers’ markets; providing services and educational assistance to market members; providing economic bridges between rural and urban communities. The basic mission of the Bayramiç Chamber of farmers is to represent bayramiç’ farmers, in order to ensure their participation in the formulation and implementation of policies and agricultural development actions. The Bayramiç chamber of farmers member is 4.059 and Bayramiç is a very important part of cereal production and marketing in region and more than 3500 members have intensivelly production. BZO have been involved in numerous applications for ICT use in agricultural applications and ready to learn for Agriculture 4.0 applications and is very eager.The institution makes great efforts to spread it, especially in the production of vegetables and fruits. BZO have produce creal in the field of 270,000 acres and region has 27 agricultural development cooperatives and 4 agricultural credit cooperatives. BZO’s president Pehlivan is engaged in the trade for many years who has been dealing with agricultural products trade sector and he is member of several non-governmental organizations and and he is a consultant for NGO’s.

AgFutura Technologies is a SME focused on supporting the agricultural sector through providing services in the area of precision agriculture and agricultural consultancy. Their activities are based on extensive knowledge and experience in the area of ICTs in agriculture, Agricultural Business Development and Agri-Food Marketing. AgFutura has four full-time employees, network of more then 30 local and international experts on regular pay-roll in the area of rural development and agribusiness, and regular two internship positions. The field of expertise covered by this well-developed network are: agronomy, agribusiness, agricultural and rural development, precision agriculture and agricultural marketing. These vertical areas of operation are supported by strong horizontal skills such as econometrics, statistics, software engineering and design.

Agroinstitut Nitra is training institution under the Ministry of Agriculture and Regional Development of the Slovak Republic established in 1967. Agroinštitút Nitra provides a wide range of services especially in the field of lifelong education and agricultural advisory services.The main strategic goals of Agroinstitut:
• Contribution to human resources development in agricultural sector
• Training of farmers
• Training of advisors t
• Coordination of advisory centers in Slovakia
• the institution has been working intensively for agriculture 4.0 in recent years for future of Slovakian Agriculture.
We work with many organizations in the sector of agriculture and rural development, as well as outside the sector. Our long-time partners are MPRV SR, PPA, secondary schools, universities, professional associations and unions, NGOs and labor offices.
Agroinstitut has significant experience in development and implementation of international bilateral and multilateral projects (LLP programmes Leonardo da Vinci, Grundtvig, different bilateral programmes) and also mobility actions. Experience in implementation of mobility project as receiving organization within LLP, bilateral cooperation project (Flanders, Greece, Kazakhstan, Netherlands….). Our organisation`s ICT department also provides ICT services for subjects from the agricultural sector- (website development, E-learning development, graphic design and printing services).

WIRELESSINFO is private Czech research institute founded in 2003 with focus on precision farming, soil protection, waste management, landscape management and ICT for agricultureand Agriculture 4.0 applications in the fileds. WRLS has a very wide field of activities with a big exploitative research, innovation and implementation potential on both on Czech market and International market. WIRELESSINFO brings together SMEs, research and industry and directly involves end users in research and development. WirelessInfo also contribute to number of roadmaking activates and vision about innovation in area of agriculture and rural development. WirelessInfo connect skills in precision farming soil management, land use and land scape management with high skills in ICT namely sensors and GIS technologies. Part of activities of WirelessInfo is linked with feasibility studies and economical assessment of new methods for agriculture and implementation of new types of tactical planning methods for agriculture. The objective of WirelessInfo research is to use innovation to improve to improve the quality of decisions in the agriculture, improve employment opportunities for the residents of rural areas, strengthen the rural economy and support the creation of solutions for precision farming, Agri food chain and agri logistic.

ICT Study Hungary Educational and Research Centre for Information and Technology Ltd. has been working for more than twenty years in vocational and adult education in Hungary. The predecessor of the company, Prompt Ltd. was established in 1989, by highly qualified IT experts and academics with strong innovative energy and intensive R&D activities based on their academic background.The average number of paid staff is between 12-15, and there are 2 unpaid trainees from Hungary, and 2 students from Spain. Usually we employ 1-2 students from universities and vocational high-schools for summer practice.ITStudy is an Accredited Hungarian Adult Educational Institute and accredited ECDL Exam Centre. The main activities of the company cover: delivering IT certifications and exams in adult and vocational education, providing accredited further training programmes for teachers and HE staff; development of curricula, attractive online learning materials and developing web-based eLearning solutions and knowledge sharing, collaboration portals. iTStudy has many years long experiences in developing and running quality assurance systems, it introduced the first QMS for the educational provision in 2001, during the last ten years it operated by applying ISO 9001 QMS, and in 2014 it introduced a new Quality Management System developed for the special features of the educational sector. The experts of the organisation have been working more than twenty years in the development of the Hungarian vocational and adult education, the director of the company is working as key expert in the national project: “”Process oriented Quality Assurance System for the Vocational Education”” just being implemented as a part of the Hungarian educational reform. It was the coordinator of the very successful project of “Tenegen – Connect the teachers to reach and teach the Net Generation”, which was selected as “Best Practice” by the European Commission in 2010.”
